For existing clients that have purchased a package and have credit will automatically skip the payment step. However, when booking an appointment for a family member, the appointment must be made in the name of the person that purchased the package, in the notes section please mention which family member the appointment is for, we will then amend the booking to ensure the correct family member has the appointment. Sorry for this confusion.
